About Three Peaks Assisted Living
Three Peaks Assisted Living is a brand new facility located in beautiful Cedar City, UT. The facility has a 42 bed capacity with a secure memory care unit wind and an assisted living wing. We are locally owned and operated and are here to better serve the community and surrounding areas. We want yourself or your loved ones to feel at home here and to feel like we are a second family.

At Three Peaks Assisted Living we strive to provide the quality and care our residents need to help improve their quality of life and keep them safe. WE evaluate every residents individual needs and care and create a personalized care plan for them. With our experience and trained staff as well as 24/7 care, we give you the assurance that your loved ones or yourself will always be taken care of.
